Summary

Tartil is local-first. You can read, set goals, keep streaks and plan a khatm without creating an account, and that data stays on your device. There are no ads and no advertising or analytics trackers.

What stays on your device

• Reading progress, sessions, goals, streaks, khatm plans and settings (stored in a local database and local storage).
• Downloaded content such as audio files, if any are offered.

We do not receive this data unless you turn on account sync.

Optional account and sync

If you choose to create an account or sign in (for example with email, Apple or Google), we use Supabase to authenticate you and to store the progress data you choose to sync, so it is available on your other devices. This needs the information you provide to sign in (such as an email address or the identifier supplied by Apple or Google) and your synced progress data. Sync is optional; the app works fully without it.

Purchases

Optional subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase/receipt information to tell us whether your subscription is active. We never see or store your payment card details.

Notifications

Reading reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. If you allow notifications, the reminder times you set are used by your device only. You can turn them off in the app or in system settings.

Microphone (optional "Read aloud")

If you turn on Read aloud, Tartil asks for microphone permission so it can follow you as you read a verse aloud. Tartil does not record, store or upload your voice. Your phone's own speech recognition (Apple or Google) turns your speech into text, and depending on your device and the "prefer on-device" setting, that audio may be processed by Apple's or Google's speech service under their privacy policies. The text is compared with the verse on your device and then discarded. You can turn Read aloud off, or revoke the permission, at any time.

Advertising and tracking

Tartil shows no ads. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell or share your reading data with third parties for advertising.

Downloads of optional content

When you download optional content (such as audio or translations), your device connects to the host of that content. That host may see your IP address, as with any download.

Hasanat figures

Hasanat numbers in the app are rough estimates for motivation, not religious rulings.

Children

Tartil is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

Retention and deletion

• Local data: delete it by removing the app or from Settings in the app.
• Account data: you can delete your account and its synced data from within the app (Settings). Deletion removes your account and synced progress from our servers. Subscription records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are governed by their own policies.

Security

Data in transit uses HTTPS. Sign-in tokens are kept in the device's secure storage.

ملخص

الحساب والمزامنة (اختياري)

إذا اخترت إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل الدخول (مثلاً عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو Apple أو Google)، نستخدم Supabase للتحقق من هويتك وحفظ بيانات التقدّم التي تختار مزامنتها لتظهر على أجهزتك الأخرى. يتطلب ذلك بيانات تسجيل الدخول (كالبريد الإلكتروني أو المعرّف الذي توفّره Apple أو Google) وبيانات تقدّمك المزامَنة. المزامنة اختيارية، ويعمل التطبيق كاملاً من دونها.

المشتريات

تُعالَج الاشتراكات الاختيارية عبر Apple أو Google، ونستخدم RevenueCat لإدارة حالة الاشتراك. يستلم RevenueCat معرّف مستخدم مجهولاً للتطبيق وبيانات الشراء ليُعلمنا إن كان اشتراكك فعّالاً. ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك ولا نحتفظ بها.

الإشعارات

تذكيرات القراءة إشعارات محلية تُجدول على جهازك. وإذا سمحت بالإشعارات فإن أوقات التذكير التي تحدّدها يستخدمها جهازك فقط. يمكنك إيقافها من التطبيق أو من إعدادات النظام.

الميكروفون (قراءة بالصوت، اختياري)

إذا فعّلت «القراءة بالصوت» يطلب ترتيل إذن الميكروفون ليتابعك أثناء قراءتك الآية بصوتك. لا يسجّل ترتيل صوتك ولا يخزّنه ولا يرفعه. يحوّل التعرّف على الكلام في هاتفك (من Apple أو Google) كلامك إلى نص، وبحسب جهازك وإعداد «تفضيل المعالجة على الجهاز» قد تُعالَج المقاطع الصوتية عبر خدمة الكلام لدى Apple أو Google وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بهما. يُقارَن النص بالآية على جهازك ثم يُتجاهل. يمكنك إيقاف القراءة بالصوت أو سحب الإذن في أي وقت.

الإعلانات والتتبّع

لا يعرض «ترتيل» أي إعلانات. لا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع شركات أخرى، ولا نبيع بيانات قراءتك ولا نشاركها مع جهات خارجية لأغراض إعلانية.

تنزيل المحتوى الاختياري

عند تنزيل محتوى اختياري (كالصوتيات أو الترجمات) يتصل جهازك بالخادم المستضيف له، وقد يرى هذا الخادم عنوان IP الخاص بك كما في أي تنزيل.

أرقام الحسنات

أرقام الحسنات في التطبيق تقديرات تقريبية للتحفيز، وليست حكماً شرعياً.

الأطفال

«ترتيل» غير موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم الشخصية عن علم.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

• البيانات المحلية: احذفها بإزالة التطبيق أو من الإعدادات داخله.
• بيانات الحساب: يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناته المزامَنة من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات). يؤدي الحذف إلى إزالة حسابك وتقدّمك المزامَن من خوادمنا. أما سجلات الاشتراك لدى Apple وGoogle وRevenueCat فتخضع لسياساتها.

الأمان

تُنقل البيانات عبر HTTPS، وتُحفظ رموز تسجيل الدخول في التخزين الآمن بالجهاز.

التعديلات

سنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها عند أي تغيير في السياسة.
