What Tartil is

Tartil is a Quran-reading habit app. It helps you read regularly, keep streaks, set goals, plan a khatm, memorise verses and see prayer times. It is a reading and reminder aid; it does not replace a teacher, a scholar or your local mosque.

Licence to use

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Tartil on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or resell the app, or remove notices from it, except where the law allows.

Quran text and content

The Arabic Quran text is shown unchanged and is always free, offline, and available without an account. Content such as the Quran text, translation, fonts and audio belongs to its respective authors and rights holders and is used under their licences, which are listed in the app under Settings, About, Licences. Recitation audio is streamed from third-party sources and can be unavailable at times.

Acceptable use

Please use Tartil respectfully and lawfully. Do not misuse the app, try to break or overload it or our servers, access other people's accounts or data, or use it to harm others.

Optional account

You do not need an account to use Tartil. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the information you give us. You can delete your account and its synced data from the app at any time (Settings, Privacy & data). How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and purchases

Tartil may offer an optional paid subscription ("Premium") that adds extras. Reading the Quran, the reader, reading sessions, streaks, goals and prayer times are not locked behind it. Subscriptions are bought, billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded through Google Play or the Apple App Store, under the store's own terms and refund rules. We do not handle your payment details. To cancel, use the subscription settings of your store account; deleting your Tartil account does not cancel a subscription. Prices and what Premium includes can change; the price you see at purchase applies.

Religious content and estimates

Tartil is a tool to support reading. Hasanat figures, streaks and similar numbers are motivational estimates, not religious rulings or guarantees of reward. Prayer times and the Hijri date are calculated by the app and can differ from your local mosque or moon-sighting announcement. For religious guidance, please ask a qualified scholar. Features such as Read aloud follow along with your voice and do not grade or certify your recitation.

No warranty

Tartil is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the app will always work, be error-free, be available offline in every feature, or deliver reminders at the exact time (notification delivery depends on your device settings).

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Green Production Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms. When we change these terms we will update this page and its date. If you keep using Tartil after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Ending use

You can stop using Tartil at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of REPLACE_WITH_JURISDICTION, and the courts of REPLACE_WITH_JURISDICTION will have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

بتنزيلك «ترتيل» أو استخدامه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. وإن لم توافق فيُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

ما هو ترتيل

«ترتيل» تطبيق لبناء عادة قراءة القرآن. يساعدك على القراءة المنتظمة والمواظبة وتحديد الأهداف والتخطيط للختمة وحفظ الآيات ومعرفة أوقات الصلاة. وهو أداة مساعدة للقراءة والتذكير، ولا يغني عن المعلّم أو العالم أو مسجدك المحلي.

ترخيص الاستخدام

نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام «ترتيل» على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، لاستخدامك الشخصي غير التجاري. ولا يجوز لك نسخ التطبيق أو بيعه أو تأجيره أو إعادة بيعه أو هندسته عكسياً أو إزالة الإشعارات منه، إلا في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

نص القرآن والمحتوى

يُعرض نص القرآن العربي دون تغيير، وهو مجاني دائماً ومتاح بدون إنترنت وبدون حساب. والمحتوى مثل نص القرآن والترجمة والخطوط والصوت يعود إلى أصحابه ويُستخدم بتراخيصهم، وهي مذكورة في التطبيق ضمن الإعدادات ثم حول التطبيق ثم التراخيص. وصوت التلاوة يُبثّ من مصادر خارجية وقد لا يتوفر أحياناً.

الاستخدام المقبول

يُرجى استخدام «ترتيل» باحترام وضمن القانون. لا تُسِئ استخدام التطبيق، ولا تحاول تعطيله أو إرهاقه أو إرهاق خوادمنا، ولا تصل إلى حسابات الآخرين أو بياناتهم، ولا تستخدمه لإيذاء أحد.

الحساب الاختياري

لا تحتاج إلى حساب لاستخدام «ترتيل». وإن أنشأت حساباً فأنت مسؤول عن حفظ بيانات الدخول وعن المعلومات التي تقدّمها. ويمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناته المتزامنة من التطبيق في أي وقت (الإعدادات ثم الخصوصية والبيانات). وطريقة تعاملنا مع بياناتك موضّحة في سياسة الخصوصية.

الاشتراكات والمشتريات

قد يقدّم «ترتيل» اشتراكاً مدفوعاً اختيارياً («المميّز») يضيف مزايا إضافية. وقراءة القرآن والقارئ وجلسات القراءة والمواظبة والأهداف وأوقات الصلاة ليست مقفلة خلفه. وتتم عمليات الشراء والفوترة والتجديد والإلغاء والاسترداد عبر Google Play أو متجر Apple App Store وفق شروط المتجر وقواعده في الاسترداد. ولا نتعامل مع بيانات دفعك. وللإلغاء استخدم إعدادات الاشتراك في حساب المتجر؛ وحذف حساب ترتيل لا يلغي الاشتراك. وقد تتغير الأسعار وما يتضمنه الاشتراك؛ ويسري السعر الظاهر لك وقت الشراء.

المحتوى الديني والتقديرات

«ترتيل» أداة لدعم القراءة. وأرقام الحسنات والمواظبة وما يشبهها تقديرات تحفيزية، وليست أحكاماً شرعية ولا ضماناً للأجر. وأوقات الصلاة والتاريخ الهجري يحسبها التطبيق وقد تختلف عن مسجدك المحلي أو إعلان رؤية الهلال. وللإرشاد الشرعي يُرجى سؤال عالم مختص. وميزات مثل القراءة بالصوت تتابع صوتك ولا تقيّم تلاوتك ولا تعتمدها.

عدم الضمان

يُقدَّم «ترتيل» «كما هو» و«حسب التوفر». وبأقصى ما يسمح به القانون لا نَعِد بأن يعمل التطبيق دائماً أو يخلو من الأخطاء أو تتوفر كل ميزاته بدون إنترنت أو تصل التذكيرات في موعدها بالضبط (فوصول الإشعارات يعتمد على إعدادات جهازك).

حدود المسؤولية

بأقصى ما يسمح به القانون لا تتحمل Green Production Studio مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو فقدان البيانات الناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق. ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوق منحك إياها القانون ولا يجوز تقييدها.

التغييرات

قد نحدّث التطبيق أو هذه الشروط. وعند تغيير الشروط سنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها. واستمرارك في استخدام «ترتيل» بعد التغيير يعني قبولك الشروط المحدَّثة.

إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام «ترتيل» في أي وقت بحذف التطبيق. وقد نوقف الوصول أو ننهيه إذا خُرقت هذه الشروط.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين REPLACE_WITH_JURISDICTION، وتكون محاكم REPLACE_WITH_JURISDICTION مختصة، إلا إذا نص قانون حماية المستهلك المحلي لديك على خلاف ذلك.
